Upon realising the requirements of our industry nowadays we decided to build a breakdown truck worthy of the job.

Eigore has front and rear winches with the capacity of 50 tonne, an under lift of 7 tonne and a centre mounted crane capable of lifting 4 tonne at 2 metres for those more unusual jobs.

It was the brainchild of Martin Husk and built within our own commercial workshops. Most of the engineering work was carried out by our chief engineer Andy Marsh under the skilful eye of our workshop manager Derek Brooks.

After travelling the breadth of the country in search of the right vehicle we finally found the host vehicle in Derbyshire. Many more miles were travelled in search of the right equipment taking us to the West Country and to the North then finally we had all the equipment gathered together to build our recovery truck Eigore.
